Stables, equestrian farms, horse breeding farms, equestrian clubs, stud farms with professional horses such as show jumpers, racehorses, polo horses, etc.

Tasks
Depending on the program place. Among your tasks may be:
• Moving and training horses
• Riding horses
• Feeding and caring for horses
• Bringing horses to the pasture / stable
• Preparing horses for tournaments
• Preparing horses for horseback riding excursiones
• Stable work
• Maintenance work
• Helping in the garden / field
The program description with information regarding your tasks will be sent to you after the placement process has been completed.
Working Hours
Usually between 30 – 40 hours / week (depending on program place)

Year round, start and end dates are flexible
Duration
Minimum 4 weeks, maximum 6 months
Minimum Age
18 years
Skills/Requirements
Riding skills and experience with horses are desired
Language
Intermediate Spanish skills (book your Spanish course in Chile with us!)
Accommodation
Accommodation in a single or shared room is included and is provided by the farm.
Food
The Farm Stay programs include full-board (typical local food). Board is provided either as served meals, groceries or money for self-cooking.
Internet
Internet is usually available on the farm and can be used free of charge. On farms in very secluded areas, however, you must expect very poor or non-existent cell phone or Internet reception.

24/7 Emergency Number
With the booking confirmation you will receive our 24-hour emergency number, under which you can reach us 24/7 in case of emergency.

Application Deadline
There are no application deadlines. We recommend submitting the documents as early as possible, at least 12 weeks before the desired start of the program, so that there is sufficient time to assure a smooth placement process. For short-term applications please contact us.
